Senior Partner Solutions Architect

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to lead the technical enablement of its partner ecosystem in India. In this pre‑sales position you will work with system integrators, resellers, MSSPs and cloud providers to generate pipeline, win deals and deliver Elastic solutions without direct involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate approved partner deal registrations and run partner‑tailored sales playbooks to qualify, scope and grow deal size.
• Accelerate partner‑led opportunities through hands‑on labs, proofs of concept and collaboration with account teams.
• Own technical relationships with partners, create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans and run quarterly read‑outs.
• Deliver enablement road‑maps, workshops, labs, certifications and guide partners up a technical maturity model.
• Co‑architect solution blueprints, reference architectures and partner‑built vertical or managed offerings on Elastic technology.
• Build reusable demos, sales cards and battlecards and publish reference win stories and joint blog posts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture or consulting (Security, Observability or AI).
• 3+ years of pre‑sales experience, preferably partner‑facing within channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
• Strong “one‑to‑many” mindset with a track record of enabling partners to win deals.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability (logging, tracing, infrastructure monitoring).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Commercial fluency to discuss services scope, margin and translate technical capability into business cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 30 % across the India region.
