Senior Marketing Faculty – Executive Education

About the role

We are seeking experienced senior marketing professionals to join our faculty and deliver high‑impact, live sessions for senior executives, entrepreneurs and aspiring Chief Marketing Officers. As a faculty member you will translate complex marketing challenges into actionable business decisions for a highly experienced audience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, live sessions to cohorts of senior marketing professionals.
• Teach modules covering strategic marketing, brand management, growth marketing, customer experience, marketing analytics, digital transformation, consumer behavior and marketing leadership.
• Connect marketing concepts to broader business strategy, revenue growth and competitive positioning.
• Facilitate case studies, simulations and applied exercises tailored to audience background and industry context.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on participant engagement and industry relevance.
• Collaborate with the academic team on session design, case selection, assessments and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry experience in marketing, brand management, growth, digital marketing or related domains.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand value.
• Experience working with senior leadership, CXOs, founders or board‑level stakeholders.
• Exposure to industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, E‑commerce, Technology, BFSI, Media, Healthcare or Consulting.
