Senior Manager – Retail Real Estate & Project Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic senior professional to lead the expansion, leasing and fit‑out of retail stores and office spaces across India. The role combines strategic real‑estate acquisition with end‑to‑end project delivery for lifestyle, premium and luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure retail properties that match brand positioning and growth plans.
• Lead lease negotiations, prepare LOIs and LLAs, and coordinate approvals with legal, finance and procurement.
• Manage full project lifecycle – from concept and design through construction, refurbishment and head‑office renovations.
• Collaborate with design agencies, oversee GFC drawings, BOQ preparation and CAPEX budgeting.
• Drive site mobilisation, contractor execution and timeline monitoring using PERT charts, Primavera or MS Project.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance with mall regulations and high‑quality execution across all locations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and act as the single point of contact for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.E. in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate degree in Advanced Construction Management (NICMAR preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in retail project management, real‑estate leasing and infrastructure planning.
• Proven track record with premium or luxury retail formats.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, real‑estate or consumer brands.
