Senior Manager – Investment Performance

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its global Investment Performance function. You will oversee performance measurement and attribution across equity, fixed‑income and multi‑asset strategies, ensuring accuracy, scalability and compliance with GIPS® standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop performance and attribution analysts based in Hyderabad.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs and governance frameworks for internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain robust control frameworks, audit trails and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate across regions and time zones to ensure seamless delivery of performance analytics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment performance measurement and attribution.
• Deep knowledge of GIPS® compliance and risk‑adjusted return metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of managing high‑performing teams in a global environment.
