Senior Manager – Ethics & Compliance

About the role

The Senior Manager – Ethics & Compliance will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of Glenmark’s global compliance framework. This pivotal role ensures the company adheres to anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption and broader ethical standards across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, administer and enforce policies, standards and controls related to anti‑bribery and overall ethics.
• Partner with regional compliance officers, providing guidance and support on the Ethics and Compliance Program.
• Prepare periodic updates on program implementation, effectiveness and emerging compliance developments.
• Monitor and evaluate laws, regulations and industry trends to keep the program fit for purpose.
• Oversee third‑party due diligence, investigations and enforcement actions.
• Support additional compliance activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; CA, LLB or LL.M preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP‑I, Certified Fraud Examiner or similar are a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and exercise sound judgment.
