Senior Manager BIM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager BIM to lead BIM implementation for railway projects in Chennai. You will drive BIM standards, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and support multidisciplinary collaboration across civil, track, structures, and MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and enforce ISO 19650 standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models, ensuring seamless integration of civil, track, structures, and MEP data.
• Oversee clash detection processes, QA/QC, and client coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support 4D and 5D BIM workflows, including quantity take‑off and construction sequencing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM management for large‑scale railway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and BEP development.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with clients.
