Senior Flutter (Mobility) Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter (Mobility) Developer to join our global engineering software team. You will design and deliver enterprise‑grade mobile applications that empower our customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, implement state‑management solutions, and ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Guide junior developers and contribute to code quality standards.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional mobile development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on production Flutter experience.
• Proven track record delivering apps to app stores.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants is a plus.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart.
• State‑management frameworks such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider.
• Mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture basics).
• Android and iOS fundamentals, platform capabilities (push notifications, deep OS integration, background tasks, sensors, geofencing, NFC, Bluetooth).
• REST and GraphQL API integration.
• Secure coding practices and mobile security concepts.
• Performance optimization, memory management, and rendering efficiency.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, widget, integration), and build processes.
• App store release management, versioning, rollout, and production support.
