Senior Executive - Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead social media strategy for Servd, Swiggy’s food media brand. The role will oversee content creation, publishing, and community engagement across multiple city‑specific Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and broadcast channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for all Servd pages and ensure timely posting.
• Schedule and publish posts, stories and highlights to keep each platform consistent and on‑brand.
• Track performance with analytics tools, analyse data and refine strategies to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
• Design and execute comprehensive content campaigns for flagship series.
• Manage page hygiene – update bios, respond to DMs and comments, and curate story highlights.
• Create interactive Instagram and Facebook stories and manage broadcast channel communications.
• Produce LinkedIn content to showcase thought leadership and grow the professional network.
• Identify and negotiate collaborations with creators and influencers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of growing online presence on multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
