Senior Engineer – Process Planner

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Process Planner will translate strategy, customer requirements and regulatory standards into technical inputs that create a high‑performing value stream. The role focuses on designing, implementing and continuously improving manufacturing flows to deliver defect‑free products while achieving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evolve manufacturing value‑addition flows, ensuring space, equipment and testing resources meet engineering and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor internal and external requirements, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive projects toward a future‑state, higher‑efficiency value stream.
• Develop and document release processes (e.g., CpK studies, PPAP), control plans, work instructions and SPC methods to guarantee defect‑free production.
• Estimate, propose and track budgets for personnel, tooling, services and project costs, ensuring economic success.
• Identify risks (e.g., delivery delays, product recalls) and implement preventive and reactive measures to mitigate impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Post‑graduate degree (MBA or M.Tech) is desirable.
• Certifications in Quality Management, Statistical Tools, Operations Management, Data Analytics or Agile methodology are a plus.
