About the role
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting practice in Gurgaon, focusing on Supply Chain & Operations within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) market. The role involves helping clients redesign and optimise their end‑to‑end supply chain processes, drive performance improvement, and support large‑scale transformation programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client supply chain and operations challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
- Lead and contribute to multi‑disciplinary transformation projects, including programme and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with finance, technology and risk teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support business development activities and thought‑leadership in the AMI sector.
Required profile
- University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, operations or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
