Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with at least seven years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The role focuses on leveraging Fieldglass and business analytics expertise to support clients in optimizing procurement processes and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for clients using Fieldglass to manage contingent workforce and services procurement.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement analytics solutions, dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and ensure delivery quality and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in consulting, procurement or analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering projects involving Fieldglass.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
