Senior Salesforce Engineer – Bangalore

About the role

ANZ Banking Group is looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex CRM solutions. You will work within the Institutional Digital Banking Operations team in Bangalore, shaping the future of the bank’s technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design, development and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and implement business logic using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.
• Design, build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security, performance optimization and compliance with governance policies.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools such as Codefresh.
• Provide post‑deployment support, L3 production support and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven track record in Salesforce architecture and system design.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Service Cloud.
• Strong background in integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems.
