Senior Business Analyst – Settlement & Treasury

About the role

Mastercard’s Treasury team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive settlement initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external bank partners to ensure smooth processing of high‑volume transactions and support the company’s global liquidity strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the APAC liquidity roadmap by defining and implementing solutions in coordination with Settlement Operations and bank partners.
• Execute regional settlement projects, collaborating with the global team on new settlement services for the Asia‑Pacific market.
• Gather and deliver high‑quality business and functional requirements for technology integrations with banks and liquidity providers.
• Maintain settlement invoice processing and settlement bank account data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and monitor operational excellence across all settlement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Treasury, Payments, or Settlement functions.
• Strong understanding of APAC banking and settlement ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑visibility, fast‑paced environment.
