Senior AUTOSAR Architect – Classic & Adaptive

About the role

We are looking for a senior architect to lead the design of automotive software platforms, focusing on both Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR. You will shape the end‑to‑end BSW architecture for ADAS ECUs and drive reusable, scalable solutions across vehicle programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end BSW architecture for ADAS ECUs on Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR platforms.
• Drive platform strategy for reusable, scalable BSW components across multiple vehicle programs.
• Architect hybrid systems that integrate Classic AUTOSAR with Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Own end‑to‑end communication protection and data‑integrity mechanisms.
• Define operating system and scheduling strategies (AUTOSAR OS, POSIX for Adaptive).
• Lead memory‑management, persistence, and variant‑handling approaches.
• Design bootloader, OTA, and software‑update architectures.

Required profile

• 10–13 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong background in AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms.
• Proven ability to design complex BSW architectures for ADAS and other vehicle functions.
• Experience with OS scheduling, memory management, and secure communication.
