About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to support our growing corporate practice, focusing on commercial transactions such as private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SSAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.
Advise clients on capital raises, acquisitions, and related corporate matters.
Maintain and develop client relationships.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid legal knowledge of corporate transactions.
