Senior Architect – Building Services (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Building Services team in Pune. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions that meet strict timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand client requirements and ensure project outputs align with expectations.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and facilitate seamless project execution.
• Manage delivery timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Prepare daily MIS reports, project documentation, and accurate timesheets.
• Monitor project progress continuously and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Uphold rigorous quality assurance standards and deliver zero‑error outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E.).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to international building codes.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain absolute accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset, precision‑driven work ethic, and accountability for project timelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and inter‑departmental coordination skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D.
• Experience with BIM software.
