About the role
We are looking for a Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of hostel residents and premises. The role involves monitoring entry and exit of residents and visitors, maintaining security registers, and responding to incidents and emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of hostel residents and premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors.
- Maintain security registers and records.
- Conduct regular rounds and monitor surroundings.
- Handle security‑related incidents and emergencies.
- Enforce hostel rules and maintain discipline.
Required profile
- Ex‑Serviceman / ex‑military personnel preferred.
- Experience in security, hostel, residential or institutional premises is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and discipline.
- Responsible, alert and trustworthy.
- Ability to monitor visitors, keep records and handle emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
