About the role
We are looking for a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our night‑shift team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for employers, insurance companies and medical centers, helping to retrieve and manage records for workers‑compensation cases.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate via phone, email and fax with external parties to obtain required records.
- Provide knowledgeable answers on subpoenas, authorizations, attestations and related legal issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
