SAP QM Consultant – Functional Transformation

About the role

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team is seeking an SAP QM Consultant to lead functional transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy SAP Quality Management solutions within S/4 HANA environments, supporting end‑to‑end quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and perform fit‑gap assessments.
• Configure SAP QM, develop functional specifications, and support custom development as needed.
• Execute unit, regression, and user‑acceptance testing, and support cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Collaborate with clients on day‑to‑day activities and maintain ongoing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business case development, performance measurement, and operational metric improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in quality management processes and SAP implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one S/4 HANA QM implementation.
• Knowledge of QM lifecycle, inspection types, and non‑conformance management.
