SAP FI Functional Architect – Manager

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced SAP FI Functional Architect to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of finance solutions within large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role combines deep finance domain knowledge with technical architecture expertise to shape the future finance landscape for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI solution architecture for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Design end‑to‑end finance processes aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Define the finance target‑state architecture, including enterprise structure and reporting framework.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and recommend optimal SAP standard configurations.
• Manage integrations with upstream and downstream SAP modules.
• Ensure alignment of finance solutions with business objectives and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a SAP FI Functional Architect or similar senior finance consulting role.
• Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP ECC.
• Deep understanding of global finance processes and finance transformation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale SAP finance implementations and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
