About the role
Flyksoft is seeking enthusiastic and confident women to join its sales and telecalling team. The position focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and managing client relationships to support business growth. You will work from the Hyderabad office, collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and develop your professional skills.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate leads through various channels
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs
- Maintain and nurture client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and participate in regular training sessions
- Prepare and update client records in the CRM system
Required profile
- Freshers with good communication skills
- Experienced professionals are also welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Women candidates preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
