Sales & Operations Executive – Logistics (Raipur)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in the road transportation sector. You will work closely with customers, brokers, and fleet owners to secure the best rates and grow our presence in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from shared leads and respond to B2B quotation enquiries.
• Negotiate FTL loads with customers, ensuring optimal margins.
• Visit customers, conduct surveys of goods and routes, and perform extensive field work.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Capture all activities in the company ERP and related technology platforms.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or education in logistics, sales, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and vendor‑management capabilities.
• High integrity and ethical behavior.
• Willingness to perform regular field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP systems, GPS tools, and internet‑based software.
