Sales Operations Analyst – Sales Solutions (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its Sales Solutions team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will work across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, combining advanced analytics, data engineering and AI‑driven automation to improve sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and maintain SQL tables, schemas and structured datasets for scalable analytics.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reports that deliver global sales insights.
• Build and automate workflows using Power Apps and the Power Platform.
• Partner with global stakeholders to standardise reporting, planning and sales‑operations processes.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
• Support forecasting, territory planning and quota analysis for worldwide sales teams.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled solutions (Copilot, LLMs) to automate routine tasks and generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics or business operations.
• Proven ability to work with global or distributed teams.
• Strong communication and project‑management skills.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
