About the role

Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage point‑of‑sale activities in Goa. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product visibility, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit assigned stores to verify product availability, placement, pricing, and promotional material compliance.
  • Take orders, manage assortment, and ensure stock levels meet visibility goals.
  • Identify and develop new business growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Communicate catalogue updates, promotions, and placement optimization to clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with store managers and coordinate merchandising activities.
  • Report sales performance, POS quality, and KPI trends to the Field/Regional Manager.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
