PolicyBazaar is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to engage customers in Chennai, explain insurance product features, and provide personalized solutions. The role involves face‑to‑face interactions and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Explain product features, handle customer queries, and offer personalized solutions.
• Convert leads into successful closures through face‑to‑face interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Education: HSC, Graduate or Post‑Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Language: Must be fluent in Tamil.

• Strong communication skills in Tamil.
• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, target‑driven and proactive attitude.
