About the role
The Sales Back Office Executive provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position acts as a bridge between sales, logistics, finance, and customers, helping to keep the sales pipeline flowing efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders, quotations, and invoices in the ERP/CRM system with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and related documentation for the sales team.
- Communicate order status, delivery updates, and post‑sales queries to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance to guarantee on‑time deliveries and correct billing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, sales reports, and inventory databases.
- Assist in creating sales performance reports and presentations for management.
- Follow up on payments, pending documents, and other client requirements.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing, and email correspondence.
- Provide internal and external customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, preferably within the Aerospace and Defence industry.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a back‑office or sales coordination role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (knowledge is a plus).
