Sales Associate – Seller Affiliates (India)

About the role
Amazon is looking for a customer‑obsessed, analytical, and entrepreneurial Sales Associate to grow its seller affiliate network across tier‑2 and tier‑3 cities in India. You will lead partner recruitment, training, and operational support to bring new sellers onto Amazon.in.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential third‑party vendor partners in assigned geographies.
- Train and scale new and existing partners on Amazon’s operational and sales processes.
- Manage seller onboarding, selection expansion, and day‑to‑day operational support.
- Oversee account management, invoicing, and payout cycles for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address seller integration needs and improve processes.
- Analyze data to help sellers succeed post‑launch and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or partner channels.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong customer‑facing skills, ownership mindset, and analytical ability.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
