About the role
Amazon Business is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth of its B2B marketplace in India. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from order placement through payment closure, while building strong relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and manage the post‑conversion customer journey, ensuring smooth order processing, shipment reporting, and payment reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set priorities, develop account relationships, and improve customer retention.
- Track performance metrics, produce daily/weekly reports, and meet productivity and satisfaction targets.
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers, communicate value propositions, and negotiate deals.
- Support onboarding activities such as vendor registration, quote requests, and Power BI reporting setup.
- Handle customer escalations promptly and maintain service level agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or e‑commerce environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
