About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our award‑winning Centra store in Marley Park. The primary focus is to ensure every customer leaves the shop satisfied, feeling valued and well‑served.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering queries and providing product knowledge.
- Maintain store presentation standards by merchandising shelves and keeping all areas tidy.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and in line with store policies.
- Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
- Uphold Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to prioritize needs, work flexibly and pay close attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
