RPA Developer – UiPath & Power Platform

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, build and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable, reliable bots.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy end‑to‑end RPA solutions with UiPath and Power Platform.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and propose scalable designs.
• Create reusable components, workflows and frameworks for enterprise‑wide automation.
• Manage and monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging and audit compliance in all workflows.
• Optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs and user guides.
• Contribute to automation governance, standards and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven ability to analyze processes, work with cross‑functional teams and produce clear documentation.
