Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Room Attendant to uphold our high housekeeping standards and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will maintain room cleanliness, assist guests, and support the housekeeping team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests.
• Help guests with any need, from forgotten toothbrushes to locating the elevator.
• Keep your supervisor informed of progress or any problems.
• Monitor and control supplies to minimise waste.
• Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Assist regularly with deep‑clean projects.

Required profile

• Physical role – on your feet most of the day; fitness important.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lb / 23 kg and/or pushing/pulling heavy objects.
• May need to bend and kneel to complete certain tasks.
• Literacy skills – reading, writing and basic maths.
• Flexible attitude to shifts – may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
