About the role

Revenue Analysts are the data engine of the revenue team, producing critical reports that inform pricing decisions and track portfolio performance across the chain's 40 managed properties.

Key responsibilities

Produce daily pickup reports by property, segment, and channel.
Prepare weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting packs with IDeaS performance data, comp‑set analysis, and demand forecasts.
Calculate daily NRevPAR for all managed properties for the Owner's Digital Performance Pack.
Monitor rate parity across all distribution channels using Lighthouse Rate Insight.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic pricing decisions.

Required profile

Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Understanding of hotel revenue metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, NRevPAR, Pickup, and Pace.
Detail‑oriented and capable of managing large datasets across multiple properties.
