Resident Doctor (RMO) – Multiple Locations

About the role

The organization is seeking qualified Resident Doctors (RMO) to join its medical teams across several Indian locations, including Delhi, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Bihar and others. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care within hospital settings, primarily in intensive care units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide round‑the‑clock coverage in ICU and emergency departments.
• Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document clinical findings accurately and maintain patient records.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews and continuous medical education activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in an intensive care unit.
• Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in India.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ICU patient management.
• Ability to perform emergency procedures and critical care interventions.
