Remote Registered Nurse – AI Research Contract

About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced registered nurses to support cutting‑edge AI research projects. This remote contract position allows you to apply your clinical expertise to develop and refine AI‑driven nursing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common nursing requests and scenarios.
• Review and improve peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research outcomes.
• Diagnose real‑world nursing issues and provide solutions that advance machine‑learning systems.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule while collaborating remotely with the research team.
• Contribute domain expertise to ensure AI models reflect accurate clinical practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Ability to start immediately and commit 30–40 hours per week for 3–4 weeks.
