Remote Married Telecaller (Work From Home)

About the role

This remote position is for a married telecaller who will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The role focuses on promoting products, generating leads, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound calling to potential and existing customers to promote products and generate sales leads.
• Inbound support to address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product information.
• Qualify prospects, maintain accurate records, and log follow‑up statuses in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to nurture leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a persuasive yet polite tone.
• Resilience to handle rejection, call stress, and work under target‑driven conditions.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and follow‑up management.
