Remote Desktop Support – Mac OS

About the role

TCS is looking for an experienced Remote Desktop Support Engineer specialized in Mac OS to join its IT team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The role involves providing end‑user assistance, configuring devices, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, install, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows 11, MacBooks, Chromebooks and printers.
• Provide remote desktop support, handling staff calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with computer builds, imaging, and deployment of firm‑standard images on desktops, laptops, MacBooks and Chromebooks.
• Maintain IT standards, documentation, and security control software according to project guidelines.
• Support and track hardware/software deployments and technical requests.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in desktop support or remote desktop services.
• Working knowledge of remote desktop support activities and device configuration.
• Ability to collaborate with IT staff and assist in maintaining documentation.
