About the role

We are seeking a qualified attorney to join a leading technology firm on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality legal input, shaping model performance in the legal domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal rubrics for AI‑driven document review to ensure accurate outputs.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and draft complex memoranda that guide AI model training and evaluation.
• Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and data points for AI improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing feedback to enhance discovery management and motion practice capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in complex legal research, writing, and document analysis.
• Background in discovery management and case strategy development.
