Relationship Manager – TASC

About the role

The Relationship Manager – TASC is responsible for building and deepening relationships with clients in the TASC segment (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs). The role focuses on understanding client needs, increasing account profitability, and delivering value‑added banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Increase liabilities by growing balances in existing TASC accounts and improving customer profitability.
• Monitor inflows and outflows, identify business opportunities, and generate new leads through referrals and brokers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing insights on interest rates, exchange rates, and product offerings.
• Cross‑sell investment (life insurance, general insurance, gold coins) and non‑investment products (forex, remittances, loans).
• Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and channel feedback.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency across the branch network.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (full‑time).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in branch banking, preferably with exposure to the TASC segment.
• Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities.
• Good understanding of banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
