About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead business development and revenue generation across the assigned region in Delhi. You will nurture relationships with channel partners, drive incremental growth, and ensure smooth business processes. The role also involves supervising a team of Sales Managers to achieve organizational targets.

Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
