About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and account management for premium tile solutions across high‑end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. You will act as the primary liaison with architects, interior designers and developers, ensuring our brand becomes the preferred choice for luxury interiors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and manage key architects, interior designers and developers for project‑based sales.
- Develop long‑term relationships with top‑tier architecture firms and manage key accounts through the full sales cycle.
- Achieve sales targets by securing specifications and driving direct sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery, quality service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to product development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and design community gatherings.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or project sales within building materials or premium interiors.
- Proven track record of selling to architects and designers, preferably with tile products.
Required skills
- Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools) proficiency.
