Recruiting Manager – Full‑Cycle Hiring for India Team

About the role

Connor Group is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its India operations. This remote, full‑time position works closely with U.S. recruiters to attract top talent for accounting, consulting, and professional‑services roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruiting process for India‑based positions, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with U.S. recruiters and interview teams to align hiring needs and streamline processes.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using traditional and creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication at every stage.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams.
• Support offer negotiations and close top candidates.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, requisitions, and interview activity in recruiting systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably full‑cycle.
• Experience working with global teams, especially coordinating India and U.S. stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across time zones.
• Background in accounting, consulting, or professional‑services recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring teams.
