Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Dynamic Dreamz is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter in Surat to lead talent acquisition for its fast‑growing IT services business. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of technical roles.
• Develop and maintain clear job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Manage a database of qualified candidates and keep pipelines up to date.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from offer to onboarding, collaborating with the HR team.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven ability to execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, including job postings and candidate outreach.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised with solid time‑management to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the IT/software development sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
