Recruiter – South East Asia Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our South East Asia operations, primarily focusing on BPO hiring in Malaysia. Based in Gurugram, you will work on‑site and collaborate closely with hiring managers to secure the right candidates in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of non‑IT/BPO roles across South East Asia.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and produce daily recruitment reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with proven exposure to hiring in Malaysia.
• Prior experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, preferably within BPO.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high‑velocity environment.
• Immediate availability to join.
