Recreation Host – Guest Services & Activities

About the role

The Recreation Host supports the efficient operation of the recreation department within the Rooms Division, ensuring that guest activities and children’s services meet Hyatt International’s brand standards and exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of the recreation area, coordinating social activities for guests.
• Provide attentive service to guests’ children, organizing age‑appropriate programs and ensuring safety.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
