About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and guests. The role combines front‑desk management with excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
- Manage front‑desk operations, maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth check‑in/out processes.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and general inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and conference room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area and uphold office decorum.
- Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service and guest support.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Front‑office management and guest handling.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to 30,000 INR per month.
- Six‑day work week.
