About the role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations at our Gurgaon office. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and a presentable demeanor.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front‑desk activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and liaise with housekeeping.
  • Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks.

Required profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front‑desk role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
