About the role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations at our Gurgaon office. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and a presentable demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front‑desk activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
- Maintain office cleanliness and liaise with housekeeping.
- Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front‑desk role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
