About the role
The Receptionist will manage front‑desk activities for the assigned building, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and employees. This role supports daily office operations and assists HR with occasional administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the multi‑line switchboard to handle incoming, outgoing, and internal calls.
- Greet visitors and vendors, maintain accurate in/out logs, and issue visitor badges.
- Direct guests to the appropriate locations and relay messages to the correct parties.
- Escalate non‑routine inquiries to the supervisor.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
- Assist HR with recruiting postcards, birthday cards, and packet preparation.
- Distribute incoming packages to the appropriate recipients.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a front‑desk or reception setting.
- Preferred experience with a multi‑line switchboard system.
Required skills
- Switchboard operation (multiple phone lines).
