RCM Director – Revenue Cycle Management Leader

About the role

The RCM Director will shape and execute Sciometrix’s revenue cycle strategy, focusing on payer contracting, reimbursement optimization, and virtual care profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive cross‑functional initiatives that enhance compliance, reduce claim denials, and support the company’s mission of compassionate, technology‑enabled patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with revenue‑cycle, billing, claims, and clinical teams to design and negotiate payer contracts.
• Develop and implement reimbursement strategies that maximize revenue and align with value‑based care models.
• Monitor performance metrics using proprietary HIPAA‑compliant software and AI‑driven tools (e.g., Clinicus) to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Ensure contractual compliance, reduce denial rates, and improve overall cycle efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on revenue growth, risk management, and operational scalability across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in revenue cycle management, payer contracting, or revenue optimization within a digital health or telehealth environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
