PTE Trainer - Morning Shift

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic PTE Trainer to join our morning shift team. You will deliver comprehensive PTE preparation classes, focusing on spoken English, grammar, and exam strategies, while ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach PTE curriculum, including spoken English, grammar, and exam techniques.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and a two‑week intensive syllabus.
• Prepare and administer tests, examinations, and practice exercises.
• Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Conduct weekly doubt‑clearing sessions.
• Maintain student registers, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Design and implement regular performance assessments.
• Drive initiatives to meet PTE result success targets and maintain low dropout rates.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on syllabus planning and student retention strategies.
• Participate in seminars or workshops on PTE coaching when required.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience teaching PTE.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with learners of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the PTE examination system.
• Offline teaching capabilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
