Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Holmes AI you will lead technology‑focused initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to high quality standards. You will act as the central hub between leadership, engineering, product, design and marketing teams in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage projects from planning through execution to completion.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and priorities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with the Tech/Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of development projects.
• Manage website development projects, covering requirements, design, development, testing and launch coordination.
• Translate business requirements into clear tasks and actionable deliverables.
• Track progress, identify delays or dependencies and drive proactive resolution.
• Facilitate regular follow‑ups, maintain project plans, trackers, documentation and status updates.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate testing, bug‑fixing and ensure bugs are prioritized, followed up and closed.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, timelines and key decisions.
• Help improve project management processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations or Product Operations.
• Strong planning, coordination, execution and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable working with technology or software development teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to align multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment.
